Versa's screen will not turn on

After the update my Versa started having many issues and finally crashed and I cannot get it to turn back on. Who do I contact for replacement?

Try a Restart first and do it several times if necessary. Make sure it's charged.

@TrishSv it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone.

 

I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.

The support team was awesome I received a replacement the only thing is I
didn't receive any instructions.

Hi!

 

I am having this exact same issue. How do I get in contact with the Support team so I can get help with this issue? I tried resetting it several and times nothing happens. The screen is still blank.
