I'm not able to swipe left right or up on my new versa 2. I want to feed in my work out etc plus i want my display to be always on.

Regarding the swiping and display issues that your Fitbit Versa 2 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
