Versa's screen won't power on

My versa watch was pulling down notifications or opening the exercise app without being touched, repeatedly. Then completely shut off. Tried the reset and the screen came on. Then flashed off, line going up and down screen. Then logo came on. Black again and restart isn't working. What else can I try?
