My screen went black and wouldn’t turn on, I tried all of the hard resets and nothing worked, now it won’t even turn on or hold a charge. I’m at a loss of what to do.

@Rayna91, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if it comes back to life.

I did everything you told me to do. The watch doesn't vibrate when I take put it on the charger, however when I take it off, the green light is on, on the back side of the watch. The screen will still not pop up, and it is not even showing on my phone that it's connected to my watch in order for me to change the clock screen. I'm at a loss, and so bummed! I use my watch all the time, so this is stressing me out.
