My Versa is fully charged and the screen is black. It will not turn on.What could be the problem? Please help me with this issue.

Hi, are you able to do a Factory Reset with the three button method? See this article which tells you al about a Factory Reset. Good luck!!

@3ws Please try restarting your fitbit first before the factory reset. If that doesn’t work, try the reset. If both options fail, please reach out to support so they can troubleshoot further for you.

In addition to the great troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner @kawaiiko, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it if you already tried it. After this, try charging your Versa again for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
