Sorry to hear this, @Faynew. Try using the buttons to restart it.
If this does not jump start your Versa back to life, then you should probably contact Support.

@Faynew Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display won't turn on even though it's fully charged.
I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great troubleshooting steps that @SunsetRunner shared.
In addition, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. After this, sync your tracker and see if the display works again.
Keep @SunsetRunner and me posted on the outcome!

I am having the same issue with my Versa. The lights are not on, I charge it and sync it and it does but the face is dark. If I take it off the charger it doesn't show up in my fitbit app on my phone. This is a replacement.

I am having the same issues. I bought the watch for my son for christmas. Returned it at the store, because it had this issues. They could'nt give me the same watch, so we took the special edition. My son wore it for about a week, because he has lots of watches an match them with his outfits. When he wanted to wear it again, it was dead. We charged it and tryed to push the left button, but nothing happens besides the fibration. The screen flashes sometimes. We could'nt return it during the return period because everything was closed because of the COVID-19.

So sorry to hear this, @EmmaTri4 - Please contact Fitbit Support. That watch should still be under warranty.

Same thing happen to me. I am not happy about this. I am afraid to buy another Fitbit, that's a lot of many for only 2 years worth.
