I cant reset my watch!!! The screen has crashed on fitbit simbol and I dont know what to do! No button works!.

Mine is the exact same as yours it stopped working the other night but when I charged it up it worked until last night again it went dead - charged it this morning and when I take if off the charger the screen is completion black and nothing works at all.

@Robertasferraz I'm sorry for the late response. Regarding the screen issues that you experienced with your Fitbit Versa, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track.

Since your Versa watches are also experiencing issues with their screens, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watches for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
