Versa's screen won't turn on

For the past 2-3 days my Versa has been acting crazy! At first it just started changing screens by itself. I read others questions and I changed the clock face. That helped for about a day. Then it would change screens and start up an activity and not let me end it. I have turned it off, turned it on, pressed all 3 buttons till the icon came on the screen. NOTHING!! This morning I woke up and my screen is a grey box. I tried holding down buttons, putting it on the charger....Nothing! If you look on the app it says it is charging. My green light has not been on this morning and now it is just black.  Please help!!

@pmitchell welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the unresponsive screen of your Fitbit Versa, I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you performed before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you'll be back on track soon.
