After a full night of charging my Versa was unresponsive. The screen was pitch black but when tapped I could see the screen faintly light up. There was no watch face visible, only a dim light. After consulting other forums and trying to factory reset or restart in general, the watch continued to display only a black screen or some faint lighting. The watch also became warm to the touch. After a few attempts the watch eventually began to shut itself off as the heart rate light on the bottom was no longer visible.
