Versa's screen won't turn on

After a full night of charging my Versa was unresponsive. The screen was pitch black but when tapped I could see the screen faintly light up. There was no watch face visible, only a dim light. After consulting other forums and trying to factory reset or restart in general, the watch continued to display only a black screen or some faint lighting. The watch also became warm to the touch. After a few attempts the watch eventually began to shut itself off as the heart rate light on the bottom was no longer visible.

@EmilyBreneman welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since your Fitbit Versa is still unable to turn on and it got hot after charging it, I'll send your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
