I have a Versa, was working fine at 4am, it is still tracking steps, heart rate and receiving notifications but the screen will not come on. I have tried all the steps that have been suggested on here but still have a black screen. HELP!!! I’m lost without my watch/tracker.

@sdwhitfield24 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its display won't turn on even though you have troubleshooted this issue before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information on my end, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the display turns on.

I have tried all the solutions and changed the watch face; nothing fixes it. The watch face will work sporadically. It is keeping track of everything thru the App, I just can’t see the screen.
