Purchased my Versa April 2018, today it died. The screen went striped, and then it buzzed when I pushed the home button but still no display. Tried restarting it a few times with no success and now the screen is blank except for a little white line at the top. Over the last two months, the heart rate monitor went on it and then the battery became less and less effective so I would have to recharge it every night. What a waste of money, never buying a Fitbit product again.
I'd add picture but don't see a button to do that.

@SusanP1966 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on and the battery drained fast. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours. Finally, if the screen works properly, try the tips listed in this help page. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
