My Fitbit verse won’t turn on completely. The Fitbit icon shows up but then nothing happens. Help!

@Kristi00725 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on completely.

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

@MissFlea thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! Since your Versa's screen won't turn on either, even though you have tried a factory reset, I'd like to know how the factory reset was performed.

In the meantime, try a regular restart and change the clock face as I advised to @Kristi00725 above.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

I have tried to restart device as per instructions on the article link. Still no luck. Fitbit logo still flashing on screen and the sensor light at the back not lighting up at all.

I have tried to factory reset many, many times over the last few days to many different techniques to list (different advise from the Fitbit community) With no luck whatsoever. Fitbit logo still keeps flashing on screen and the sensor light at the back not lighting up at all.

Please advise me of the next step to getting this fixed.

Thanks for your help.
