My screen began to fade and then went completely black which has left me unable to use it. I followed all the instructions and it was not damaged. I've had it just over a year so there is no warranty there is also no repair shops. Paying over £200 for it at the time does not seen worth it to only have it for a year. I was wondering if anyone had any info please.

@Pandora123, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa screen won't turn on even though you have tried to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information from my end, I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.
In the meantime, let me know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger. Also, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
