Versa's screen won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Today randomly I looked at my watch and the screen is black with a blueish light in the side. I turned it on and off to fix it but it just goes to back normal. I don’t see the Fitbit logo either when it turns on. I have had this watch for little over a year from Amazon. I can still feel it vibrating when I get notifications. But the screen isn’t allowing me to see anything. What should I do.

@DjKittyKat, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. Thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it turns on properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have already tried this. The screen will light up then but no logo. Also now my Fitbit does not turn on. And it was not dead before this all this started.

I don’t know. Mine doesn’t turn on at all unless it’s plugged in and the screen black but lit up. So I don’t know. I’m sorry.

this doesn't work. I was told that the same thing is happening to many people with the versa. This happened to mine before it was even a year old! I would like a replacement
