Versa's screen won't turn on

Since yesterday my Fitbit versa is not working . I don’t know what’s happening. I am from from seychelles , please tell me where I can go for service.

Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
