Fitbit please tell me what I must do or where I can send my Fitbit to be fixed, it wont go on, not even the battery 0% shows and I've tried all the options that Fitbit hives with pushing the buttons etc. Please help me, it was an expensive purchase. Kind regards.

Regarding the screen issues that your Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
