Versa's screen won't turn on

Hello,

My FitBit Versa started acting weird 2 days ago. First it was vibrating several times showing I had text messages when really they were all old. Then yesterday the HR, steps, floors, etc numbers kept scrolling through on their own really fast. Last night, the screen went dead. And it won't come back on. The light it green on the back and my app is telling me the watch is charged. I've tried holding down all 3 buttons to reset it with no luck. Is there anything else I can do?

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a regular restart in order to fix this issue. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, plug it in the charger and see if it vibrates and the display turns on.
