Hi there,

my versa screen randomly started flashing and blinking until the screen minimised to about half of the screen. Restarted, changed clock screen and let the battery run flat but no change. The screen is now completely black however the senses are still flashing at the back.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
