Versa's screen won't turn on

My fitbit screen won’t come on,it goes white and flickers,as if it’s trying to come on,sometimes it comes on very dim screen then it goes again.not very impressed only had for Christmas.anyone have any ideas? I have tried all different things.the only thing different I done was wear in shower but I thought it was water proof so it can’t be that.

  Hope you can help oh yeah it still records my steps and vibrates when I hit my goal
