My Versa won't switch on. Black screen. I have only had this since July 2019. The only indications it has battery are 1) the green lights at the back flicker every so often when i touch it; 2) when i tried to restart, reset, sync, and troubleshoot according to suggestions I read, the device vibrates; and 3) despite black screen, the device was able to sync with the app. However, I also tried to update hoping to restart the device through the app but was unsuccessful. Please help. Thanks!

Hi @CGuevara, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the unresponsive screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thanks for responding. The logo won't appear in the first place. It's really just the black screen. Green lights on the sensors light up though. Is there anything else I can do?

I responded to this a few weeks back. Still haven't had any luck switching my device on. Is there at least a service center in metro Manila Philippines I could send my device to? I bought my versa is Japan so it would be difficult to send my faulty unit where i bought it. Thanks.

yeah, i think it's the update as well since i update mine religiously. My problem though is I'm in the Philippines where there doesn't seem to be any accredited service center. Got my device in Japan though that shouldn't really matter for international warranty, right? It would really suck to have to buy a new one if they barely last since these products aren't cheap. Thanks for sharing your experience though!
