Versa's screen won't turn on

Good morning, hope someone can help me, i was doing my exercises this morning and my fit bit versa completely stopped, the screen turned to a strange white and then black, and now is not working anymore.

Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
