I have had issues with touchscreen for several months now. I have been able to restart the device which clears up the problem until recently. I finally decided to do the factory reset and now the device does not turn on. I'm at my wits end. This is my third device in three years. I'm about to make the switch to a much more expensive device if put this brand in the rear view mirror. Please let me know if you have been able to turn the device on after a factory reset.
