My versa has died over the weekend right before needing to do a Disney virtual run with the family. The battery was fully charged and all of a sudden it stopped working! When it is on the charger I get a faint background glow but will not turn on and can’t reboot!! FITBIT, need to you to step up and fix these issues that have started up this past weekend! I am not the only one with this issue! Please help!
