Versa's screen won't turn on

Versa turns on but it is a blank screen. After "hard resetting" the device it comes up with a screen with white lines and a hard vibration. Does nothing. My app still gets my heart rate but my screen wont come on no matter what. Buttons work too still and they vibrate when I touch them.

Hi @Savanah828, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via Twitter and email. Please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
