Versa's screen won't turn on

My Versa screen went black and isn't showing anything up. It still charges and vibrates. I have tried to restart it multiple times, however, that does not work. I have not had this Versa for long either and it is already giving me trouble.

I tried to change the clock face, but it did not fix the blank screen. Thank you though. I appreciate it!

Hi @viviankhuu, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. On the device, hold all three buttons for about 10 to 12 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears, quickly release the bottom right button, continuing to hold down the left and top right buttons (releasing the bottom right button as soon as the logo disappears is time sensitive).
  3. When the device vibrates, release all buttons.
  4. Wait for approximately 1-2 minutes while the device clears all data. Eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays Fitbit.com/setup.
  5. Set up your watch from scratch

Finally, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the display turns on and works properly.

Thank you for your help @Mommyah2.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
