My fitbit was working fine up until late afternoon yesterday. The screen was black, so I thought it had died. Which has been a different issue the past few days, I'd charge it all night and it still would barely make it through the next day.
I put it on the charger and nothing happened. It had been charging for hours with still a black screen. I came on here to find answers, tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and still nothing.
It's still syncing with the app on my phone. Customer service said because I am over a year since the first paring I am not under warranty. So you're telling me these devices are only made to last one year? The best they could offer was a 25% discount.
I'm extremely frustrated and don't want to have to buy a new fitbit every year. That's ridiculous. Any other trouble shooting suggestions that have worked? I've done the 3 button push, the left and right button, holding and releasing, all the things.

Hi @Rslewis1292, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
I totally understand how frustrating this is for you and we really appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.
