Versa's screen won't turn on

I was wearing my versa yesterday when I realized it had only counted a few hundred steps over the course of the entire day. ( worked a 10 hour wedding and normally I rack up a LOT of steps.) I reset it several times, it would start counting steps and then stop. At midnight it counted about 60 steps then I woke up this morning and it had gone back down to zero. Several hours later it randomly started counting steps again and I thought maybe it was a fluke.  By this evening I had green lines across the screen then the screen went grey. It won't reset or do anything. Now it has a totally black screen and won't turn back on.

Hi @MelodyWyb, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it became unresponsive and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
