Versa's sensor lights won't turn on

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

sorry in trying this again. So I have a fitbit versa and it’s only like 3 months old, but the sensor lights aren’t working so it’s not counting my steps nor is it checking my heart rate.

I Restarted it doing the 3 buttons thing, still didn’t work. I even reset the whole watch and it’s still isn’t working.

What do I do? Pls help.

@drlnxdela it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the sensor lights won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, make sure to have the heart rate feature on and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Thank you but I’m sorry, I have tried that twice already and the sensor
lights are still unresponsive.

I am having the same issues as @drlnxdela ....I have tried everything including the factory reset....nothing seems to be working but I know nothing will as long as the sensory lights are not on....I'm not able to track anything....very frustrating....I hope you can offer a fix for us asap.

I contacted fitbit support via the live chat...they were very helpful and tried different things to fix the problem...none of which worked....as it is still within the one year warranty they are sending me a new one...although I am a bit worried by the amount of people who are having this issue so I imagine it will only be a matter of time before it happens to the replacement one....which falls into the same one year warranty and not a new one year warranty.

I suggest everyone having issues contacts them directly to get a replacement if possible.
