Hello,
The sleep data is not synchronized (only dashes are displayed) on my Versa. Restart watchface, device and phone did not solve the problem. All sleep data are displayed in Fitbit app on my mobile device (iPhone 6S). How to fix it?

Regarding the sleep data issues that your Fitbit Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

Hi,
I have the same issue. My sleep data and aerobic zone data are not displaying on my Versa (2018 special edition). Was there any resolution to the previous poster's problem, other than a replacement.
In addition, my battery is only holding a charge for 2-3 days instead of the 4-5 days when it was new.
