Versa's sleep stats are no longer showing on app

Hi, we had Daylight Savings two nights ago and since then, sleep stats aren't showing up on either my Versa or the app. My husband has a Versa as well and he is experiencing the same issue. He syncs to an iPhone 6 and I sync to both an iPad Air 2 and a Redmi 4. With the iPad Air 2, it just says it fails to sync (although it seems like it syncs all the other stats). With the Redmi, it says it syncs successfully, but doesn't have the sleep stats updated, although the rest of the stats are. 

 

I have restarted my mobile devices and the Versa as well as turned bluetooth off and on again. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@Jagerin welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the sleep stats are not syncing or showing on your app.

 

Please make sure that your mobile devices have the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, force quit the app, open it again and log in.

 

Once you've done this, try a factory reset on your Versa watches. To do so on your devices, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your Versa watches before this in order to avoid losing current data.

 

Finally, monitor your sleep and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for your reply, Juan. Turns out that it fixed itself after 3 days! I fortunately didn't have to do all that. Just into the Fitbit app and found that it had synced itself.
