Versa's steps are not being added on my Dashboard

My Versa is connected to the Bluetooth and it is syncing on the app, but when I walk, the steps are not being added. This is not a new Versa and was working fine up til about 5 hours ago.

Hi @DJRM, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the steps syncing issue that your Versa has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
