This has happened at least twice now — I hit my daily goal (over 10,000 steps), but then I look at my daily stats the next day, and got less than 1000 steps!!. If I pull up the daily chart, the steps show up— but it doesn’t count in weekly totals - or get reported to my company wellness stats!. Depending on how I look at the graphs, it always shows the actual steps I took per hour, but sometimes the caption says 181 steps (obviously wrong), sometimes the caption says 12,185 steps (correct)
Steps not counting correctly.

Hi @PHlady, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not syncing the correct amount of steps at your daily stats.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in.
Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the steps appear correctly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I am having the same problem, thought it was me. Versa2 not counting all the steps. Steps counts decrease at time.
