I want to say that when the Versa is working I love it but I am about to return number 4 after 2 months. It won’t charge and screen is black. My first Versa quit after I went swimming. Fitbit replaced it but I had to mail it in and then wait about a month before I got the new one. It went black after about 7 months. Guess what? No warranty as they do not restart the warranty date with a replacement. I bought another Versa. It went black after 1 year and 10 days. No warranty. So I purchased a Versa Lite to save a couple bucks. Here we are 2 months later and it won’t charge and screen is black. Guess what I have to mail it back and wait for replacement. All the time the warranty is running. Now I will get a device with only a few months warranty. They offer no discount, no upgrade, no anything for the hassle of trying to be a loyal customer. They could at the very minimum start the warranty over. Anyone else dealing with these issues?
