The clock wouldn’t update unless I went to a different screen then back to the clock face. After trying different clock faces I shutdown my versa. That didn’t work so I did a factory reset and now it won’t turn on. I have tried the troubleshooting steps and it still hasn’t turned on. I have an iPhone 11.

Besides the factory reset process that you tried, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you tried. This info will help me to avoid providing the same information.
In the meantime, I would also like to know if the clock faces that you've tried are developed by Fitbit or 3rd party.
