Versa's stripped screen went black

My Versa screen had vertical stripes all day yesterday. I updated last night it seemed to have fixed the problem but I woke this morning and the screen is black. The unit still is tracking my movement. Is there a fix I can do at home? The fibit is less than a year old.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Regarding the screen issue that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that they took care of your case and you will be back on track soon.
