Versa's time is not correct

So I've run through every suggestion on the website, restarting everything, resyncing my Versa, disconnecting it, re connecting it.  Half the time it fails to sync for hours at a time. I have all notifications turned on and I receive 0. I dont know if its just a new device that needs some serious updating but if things dont change it's getting returned tomorrow. What's the point of owning a versa if it wont sync your data or give you notifications? I had high hopes for this but all I'm reading online is issue after issue. Maybe it was released to early, but it is basically a pedometer for me and that's it. Also using a SUPPORTED  galaxy note 8. Should have bought an android wear. This thing doesn't even do the basic functions it promises.

I had an error with mine. I did a shut down to see if that would work it didn't, I restore settings and then I could not get it to get past putting in the passcode at set up so I had to return it.  That was all in 24 hours. I would say if you are having that much trouble with it return it. £199.99 plus is too much money for it not to be working, and you don't want to end up with a temperamental watch.  I'm going to purchase another and hope it works.  My mum has one and hers has been good so far, it is only coming up to 24 hours but, there is still hope.

Yeah I'm thinking saving a little bit of money by going with the versa was a complete waste time and money.
