My versa touch screen has not been working for months and I tried the factory reset three times and still does not work. what should I do?

@medward, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen stopped working. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as @MakMak advised. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
