Versa's warranty feedback

Dont update with the lastest versa update. Caused my fitbit to crash and die - fitbit would not replace and offered me a 25% discount to buy a new one..you get better discount at Costco.  Not a fan today!!!

Going out to research other fitness watches!

Hi @bbmom09, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa became unresponsive. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

 

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
