Versa's warranty feedback

Anyone have any suggestions for a Versa alternative since Fitbit’s update killed mine just a few months out of warranty?  There’s no way I’m giving any more money to a company that killed a perfectly working device.

Hi @Tamerawessel, thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped working. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.

 

I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
