Versa's won't charge and the screen won't turn on

My Versa began to get a black screen and charge erratic . After being on the phone with support, we were unable to restart or reboot the device. I just received my replacement and it is doing the same thing.

I was able to set it up while it was on charge. It charged for more than 8 hours and the device and the app said it was at 100%. The minute i take  itoff the charger, it says 0% and the screen goes black.

I have tried to reboot it by holding down the left button and the bottom right button. I realease as soon as the logo appears but it never vibrates.

I'm more than disappointed.

Hey !!!

Please help me my versa battery is draining very fast ... its not working for even 12 hrs. I charge it for 100% and after 7-8 hrs its say battery 3%.

Screen display is also gone next day after i saw problem of battery .. i tried trouble shooting by pressing three button for 20 sec but i cant see fitbit logo and it just vibrate for a sec.

After i charging it for 2 hrs it was again 100% and for few sec screen also worked but again battery drained and no screen display.

Please help me with that.... its my second fitbit but this time its creating issue ... disappointed 😞

I have a suggestion for helping the battery situation, but not the screen on the Versa.  My screen

is black also.  I was able to recover the battery on my Blaze to normal functioning after putting it

in the freezer for a couple of hours.  The Versa was a replacement for the Blaze when it stopped

working in a very similar way a year and a half ago.
