Hello!
I charged my Fitbit for the first time yesterday. I kept a close eye on it because I didn't want to damage the battery in any way. After 30 mins I checked the battery percentage and it said 100%, so I unplugged it and wore it. It's been a day and my versa is already at medium battery. I read on other forums that I'm suppose to keep it charged for 2 hours. Is this true even if the battery percentage says 100% after 30 mins?
To clarify the battery life lasted me 5+ before my first charge.
Thank you!

Hi, I believe you, but I have my Versa now already for a long while and each charge lasted at least 1,5-2 hours before it reached 100%, never said after 30 mins that is was already 100%. Next time you charge it and it does say that again after 30 mins, check within the Fitbit app what the battery is telling you. Maybe there is some misreading or whatever.

@Peach2019 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I want to follow up on the inquiry you have about the battery life of your Fitbit Versa.
In addition to the information that shared @SunsetRunner, I'd like you to have your Versa's battery to drain until it asks you to plug it in the charger. After this, let it charge if for 2 hours. After this, I'd like you to check out this help article, which has some tips that will help you to improve your Versa's battery life.
If the issue persists, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up! 😀
