So I put a pin on my Fitbit Versa and used my watch for a fair amount of time, then I momentarily lost it. I had also done a complete deletion and reset of my phone and e-mails, and I deleted the e-mail account that was connected to the Versa. I recently found my versa and now, when I tap the screen, a message saying "Unlock with Your Phone" keeps coming up. I tried to make a new account but when I am required to put in the 4-digit pin, "Unlock with Your Phone" keeps appearing on the screen and the pin does not. Is there anyway this can be rectified?

Do a factory reset. Hold all three buttons until the Fitbit logo pops up. Right after that disappears, let go of the bottom left button and hold the other two until you feel a vibration. Viola

Hi @a-kamau - the error message you are describing is one that appears if an incorrect PIN is entered 10 times.
Please do the following -- from your app dashboard > tap on your Account icon > tap on your Versa icon > tap on Device Lock > go to the option to reset your PIN.

The problem that I'm having, is the fact that my Versa is not connected to any devices. I am unable to connect it to my phone because "Unlock with Your Phone" is coming up, not the pin.

Is the app showing it as one of your devices?

The same thing happened to me but i did what @kawaiiko said and it worked.
