Versa says Data not cleared Sync and try again

After following the recommended factory reset instructions for this firmware update, I can no longer get my Versa to show anything other that the above message, Any help would be welcomed

Ran into this problem after some flaky firmware update.

This also fixed my problem 😁

Maybe you need to check that your phone is on full power and not on battery
saving mode. Keep your phone on charge same as your watch.

Battery saver is off and the phone still does not want to pair with
Bluetooth and Wifi. Also, phone and Fitbit are charged.

Do you mean that your Fitbit won't pair with your phone. Do you have the
Fitbit logo on your watch, if so then their is obviously a problem with
your phone not seeing the watch through Bluetooth. Not sure from here what
to do. What make of phone. Have you tried setting up through a PC.

I tried many times and it always stopped at nearly 100%, never finish 😔

Well done, certainly a marathon, you would think that Fit Bit could sort
out the issue they cost enough. Was the help from posts of use. Maybe you
could post how you managed to get it sorted, it could help someone else.

Thank Robbery for your encouragement. I almost gave up setting it up then my friend offered help to check. I just brought the versa to another place with another wifi then it suddenly finished step 2 downloading then move to step 3 installing then done! I am not sure if it's because of another wifi. I am so happy that it is working now, I was afraid that it was broken

Tried everything that was suggested and nothing worked and still not
working on wifi or paired with my bluetooth. 😣

Have you tried to uninstall the app then restart the phone and install the app again

This same thing happened to me after factory reset. But I fixed it! In the app click your picture in the left corner. Then click add new device and pick your device. It will then say found. Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone and say forget this device. The Fitbit app will then connect to your Fitbit and give you a four digit code. This will set up the device all over again. It worked for me and my versa is back to functioning! Never doing a factory reset again!

Mines doing the same i just dont know what to do with it ive been trying for months now to get it to work and nothing working just haven't a clue what to do anymore!!

My replacement arrived yesterday and after a short struggle it is working perfectly. If yours is under warranty, contact Fitbit and they will replace it.
