Versa screen, HR, calories, and battery issues

My versa 2 is constantly switching screens and randomly vibrating. It is no longer tracking BPM and the screen hopping is causing very high battery usage. Also, is not calorie tracking properly. I will check a reading and then later in the day it is much lower. I have tried resetting several times but I keep getting an error msg - Data not cleared. Sync and try again.

Not sure what to try next.

The watch less than 18 months old.

Hi,
Thanks for following up.
I followed the steps suggested and all looks to be ok so far. I'll have a
better idea tomorrow.
If there are anymore issues I'll let you know.

Good morning,
I'm still having issues unfortunately.
The charge is not lasting a full day even when fully charged overnight. And
also, it has gone back to not measuring heart rate.
Very inconsistent with calories too, so I'm not sure if it is ever accurate
or not.
For example the day after the issues were resolved my HR was being
displayed at 170bpm and calories were over 4000.
Not really sure what to do short of getting another new watch, which I
don't want to do as this one is 16 months old.
