So the screen wont turn on, but I know the watch is on based on the app (it shows my battery level being medium). Also, on the back there's a flickering of both green and red lights. I've tried charging it and restarting it but nothing happens. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

Im in the same situation I charged it and it was fine and i went to put it on this morning and it wont respond at all on my watch, it does show its fully charged on my phone though and is tracking steps but my screen is just black and not responding.....im super disappointed its about 16 months old and the warranty is only good for a year...i hate it when that happens.

It is so frustrating! Clearly there it is a design flaw with the device. Mine is still under warranty, so I truly hope Fitbit will see to the problem!
My alarm is set for 4:30 AM and I can’t turn it off cause of the screen and buttons that is not working, so every morning it vibrates for +/- 5mins, then snooze, after 10 min again starts vibrating for 5 min until it stops al by itself.

This is weird. My versa been working g fine u til update. Once updated can't sync. Tried restart nithing. So tried factory reset. Now I can't turn it on. Nothing. Blank screen no lights. Nothing. Tried 3 button start up and 2 button. Nothing. Not happy. Think new update caused all this. Now I have no watch.

My Versa is the same. I had a message that battery was low (20%), so charged it in am (99%). Wore it till 6pm, then nothing. Only 13 months old. With all the posts, seems like Fitbit made a dud and we were duds to buy it. Not happy!!!!

I’m having the same problem with my Fitbit now... and I’ve tried everything!!! This seems to be a common thing with the verse.

Seems like a common occurrence with these things!!! Not sure why they haven’t got an update to fix it yet! I’m not too happy they don’t even with very long, and it wasn’t cheap!

My versa just went black screen. Tried the 2 and 3 buttons. Still wouldn’t work. I put it on charge but still nothing. Sensor isn’t on. It’s not that old. Says it’s medium battery. Fitbit app cant detect the tracker. Please help

2 of my Fitbit versa devices did the same. First 1 was 7 months old and the second 6 months old. With the second Versa I took it off when doing dishes and going for a swim, just in case it was contributing to the problem. There is something wrong with the DISPLAY and they just have to own up to the problem

I’m having the same issue and wasn’t able to get the screen to come on at all by restarting or trying to reset. Before it stopped working I noticed blue bars on the sides of the screen and it was working more slow than usual. I also can’t dismiss alarms right now using the buttons.

This just happened to me as well. It was at 100% 4 hours ago and now won't turn on or sync. Nothing happens when I put it on the charger either. Tried holding all 3 buttons and nothing happened

This also happened to me. The device was fully charged and died within a few hours two days in a row. I tried the reset and the factory reset. I believe the factory reset worked without seeing the screen based on the successful key vibrations marking the different stages. And, it unpaired itself with my phone.
It was previously still connected to my phone, so I could see it was working - I do not see the green heart rate lights though. Now, since the factory reset, I can’t repair it with my phone.
@LiliyaFitbit, @HeydyF - do you have any ideas?
thank you!
