Versa screen and heart rate issues

Does anyone know why my versa lite would have stopped recording my heart rate? The green light on the back doesn’t come on. My screen hardly works at all either, it doesn’t always acknowledge that I’m touching it. I’ve had it for about 2 years now. Please help!
