Versa screen, battery and heart rate issues

I've had my versa for a little over a year now. I've loved it and never had problems. Recently, my battery life has depleted greatly. It lasts only a 1/2 a day. I use it every day so I expected wear and tear, just not so fast. Now, the screen is glitching, I can't scroll or select anything half the time, and it randomly will go in and open my apps to start things like the coach feature. My heart rate readings are also not working a good chunk of the time. I have no idea why it just completely took a turn. I've done a few hard factory resets and that hasn't helped. Thanks in advance for the advice!
