My Fitbit Versa screen has been blank with red and green lines in the background. I have been wearing it as I still get my step points etc I decided to reload the Versa and now cannot use it at all as I have to put a 4-digit number into my phone on the app, that appears on my watch which, of course, is black. Is there any other way I can see the 4-digit number so I can at least get my points steps etc Please help, this is frustrating and now, of course my phone cannot find the watch I was so silly!

Hi @LesJ, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Fitbit Versa became blank with red and green lines in the background. I totally understand how frustrating this has been and we appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try setting up your watch again as instructed in this help page and see if the screen works properly.
