Versa screen became black

My versa screen is black, light turns on but still a blank screen. Cannot see anything and cannot reset. Please help if you can.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen went blank and won't turn on. Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out if the display turns on properly.
