The screen of my Versa went suddenly black. All words fine, watch synchronized. I read that I could try to disconnect the Versa and connect it again. So, my phone was found by the Fitbit app, but now I need to put in the code (4 digits) on the Versa screen..... that doesn't show. So now my problem is even bigger.
Please help!

@piabiedtop This does not bode well. It seams to be a hardware issue. At this point, the only thing left to do is to reach out to Customer Support. 😞 Link in my previous post. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. 😞

@piabiedtop You can attempt hard reset using buttons:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

I already tried that, it did not help. Meanwhile at home I have put Versa in the charger and I think the screen is broke. Nothing happened to it, no harm from the outside, but please look at the picture. The screen lights up as you see on he picture, and then it turns black. By activating the screen it lights up again same way, with the stripes. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
